Dan Downey brings more than twenty five years of domestic and international sales and marketing experience in the building material, commercial property management, and real estate arenas. His involvement has been multifaceted with specific skills in negotiation, leadership, and development. As an active real estate associate for nearly twenty years in Indian River County, Dan has developed extensive knowledge of both local residential and commercial markets and his familiarity with the building industry is an added benefit for any buyer or seller.

 

Dan grew up in Vero Beach. He and his wife have two sons who, representing the family’s fifth Vero Beach generation, are growing up in this beautiful seaside town.

 

Always active in the community, Dan supports local organizations such as McKee Botanical Gardens and Hope for Families Center. Dan served as Vice Chairman of the City of Vero Beach Tree and Beautification committee for over ten years and is a member of Quail Valley Golf Club and the Vero Beach Country Club.

 

When not assisting clients, Dan can be found boating or at one of Vero’s many challenging golf courses!
