For Anne Wallace and Dan Downey, beach living is in their blood. As a one-of-a-kind cousins real estate team, Anne and Dan have family ties to Vero Beach that date back over four generations. Now part of the O’Dare Boga Group at One Sotheby’s International Realty, Anne and Dan were both established realtors before collaborating in 2016 to form the Anne & Dan Team. Previously with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the two of them were also recognized with many industry awards, including the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman's Club in 2016 - 2021 and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty Top 25 Team in 2016 - 2021. Together, they are one of the top-tier real estate teams in Southern Florida, with over 42+ years of combined industry experience.
Starting her career in San Francisco, Anne has lived and worked as a realtor in Vero Beach since 1999. She has been one of the premiere agents of the Barrier Island ever since. Since moving to Florida to be with her extended family, Anne began to collaborate with Dan to form their own real estate team in Vero Beach. Anne holds many accreditations within the industry as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist. Anne is the proud mother of two adult daughters who live in San Francisco, the grandmother of three adorable grandchildren, and the mom of her sweet dog, Eloise. In her spare time, Anne enjoys playing golf, pickleball, and tennis. She is also on the board of Ballet Vero Beach and is an avid supporter of McKee Botanical Garden and Riverside Theatre.
Born and raised in Vero Beach, this area holds many ties to Dan’s family roots. As a 4th generation resident of the area, this is still the home of his parents and grandparents. In fact, his great grandparents, and Anne’s grandparents, constructed one of the original homes in the Riomar neighborhood. Dan’s real estate career began back in 2003 with Norris and Company, which was later acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Eventually, Dan would team up with his cousin Anne to form a dynamic real estate team, serving the needs of Vero Beach residents. Dan holds many designations within the industry and is a recognized Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). Dan is happily married to his wife Michele and together they have two boys: Hugh and Charlie. Dan’s passions include fishing, boating, and spending time at his family's ranch in Wyoming.
